REASONS FOR FAILURE

1)  The price of raw materials and employees wages also increased as a  result  the price of car increased to 2 to 2.5 lakhs.
2) Nano didn't provide AC, airbags and there was only one wiper.
3) It was failed on providing safety to customers.
4) Price of the car was not suitable as compared to competitors which provided more feautures than Nano.
5) Some of the models reported  fire while running the car.
To conclude Tato Nano was affordable to the middle class people, but it failed to provide more feautures with the rise in price of the car in the subsequent years.
